Introduction
At Door of Dreams, every order is prepared as carefully as the rituals it is made for. We ship our Botanical Ritual Elixirs and Dream Ritual Products to customers around the world, packaged with attention and dispatched through trusted international postal services.
This page brings together everything you may want to know about international shipping, delivery times and the journey of your order from our hands to yours.
Preparing your order
Each order is prepared by hand and packaged securely for international transport, so that it arrives in the best possible condition.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During periods of unusually high demand, preparation may take slightly longer. If an exceptional delay affects your order, we will let you know.
Delivery times
Estimated international delivery time is approximately 15 days from dispatch.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. The actual delivery date depends on factors that are outside our control, including the destination country, customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, seasonal demand and unforeseen transport disruptions.
We do our part with care and attention, and ask for your patience for the part of the journey that belongs to the postal carriers.
Order tracking
Whenever the postal service used for your shipment offers tracking, we include it with your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information so you can follow its journey.
In some destinations or with certain postal services, tracking may not be available. If that is the case with your order, we will let you know.
Shipping destinations
Door of Dreams offers worldwide shipping and reaches almost every country.
Occasionally, a destination may be unavailable due to legal restrictions, international sanctions or limitations of the postal services. If we are unable to ship your order to a particular destination, we will contact you before processing it.
Customs & import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Door of Dreams has no control over customs procedures or local import fees, and cannot anticipate the amount that may be requested upon delivery.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
To help us understand what happened, please include:
- your order number
- photographs of the damaged product
- photographs of the shipping package, whenever possible
- a brief description of the issue
We review each case individually and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Lost orders
If your shipment appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected].
We will open an investigation with the postal carrier and, once we have a clearer picture of what happened, we will discuss with you the most appropriate resolution.
Incorrect shipping address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error before your order has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will make every reasonable effort to update it. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the address may no longer be possible.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
