Orders are placed through this website and confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched or digital access has been granted.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Door of Dreams does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified, where a product is no longer available, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
• In the event of cancellation by Door of Dreams, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in Euros unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT or equivalent taxes where applicable and required by law. Door of Dreams reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees not included in the purchase price. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Door of Dreams ships to international destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Door of Dreams is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs inspections, local taxes or regulatory restrictions. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Door of Dreams has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import in their jurisdiction.

EU consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days, unless an exception applies under applicable consumer protection law.

Due to the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, or may be lost, in the following cases:

Sealed physical products

Physical products such as botanical formulations are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons.

You may not return these products once the seal has been broken after delivery, because they are no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

If the product remains unopened, sealed and unused, any statutory withdrawal rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Digital products and immediate access

Digital products — including ebooks, ritual programs, dream guides, AI-assisted content and similar digital materials — are supplied electronically.

Before accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you must expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins. If you do not provide this consent at checkout, immediate digital access cannot be provided.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the case and, where required by law or appropriate under the circumstances, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Mandatory consumer rights

Digital products — including ebooks, ritual programs, dream guides and digital content — are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. By purchasing digital content you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this means you waive your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Digital products are non-transferable and licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing digital content is strictly prohibited.

Door of Dreams may offer AI-assisted dream interpretation, personalised suggestions, ritual recommendations and generative content features. These features are provided exclusively for personal reflection, creative exploration and entertainment purposes.

AI-generated content does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, spiritual or professional advice of any kind. It may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information or content that is not suitable for all users. Door of Dreams does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any AI-generated content. Door of Dreams is not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on AI-assisted features.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, articles, ritual programs, dream guides, AI-generated content, imagery, illustrations, audio, video, logos, trademarks, the figure of The Dream Guide, product names, software and source code — is the property of Door of Dreams or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used in any form without prior written permission from Door of Dreams.

When using this website you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive or unlawful content.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule applicable in your jurisdiction, that rule shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
